Steve- I think (So far as the OLF table) Is concerned, since were a builders forum, I think an (in progress) guitar would be great, I've been thinking about this myself.

Well, the guitars have finish on them - but they're not finished. And my intent was to display them at my own table - but I suppose that wouldn't really change anything. It's a builders show and something in-progress might still be useful to see.

I made a decision last week about my latest guitars. I realized that if I worked very hard and quickly I could have them raady for ASIA. I also realised that working quickly has always burned me in the past. That's when I make mistakes. My wife asked why I didn't just bring the unfinished guitar to show. Well, I'm flying down and don't have flight cases and I clearly can't take a mandolin and 2 guitars as my carry-on.

I others are showing work in progress, I might be tempted to figure out a way to get them down there and back.
